Smokers were becoming immune to those scary health warnings on cigarette packs.


Sometimes the best solution to make people do something can often be the opposite.


We created the heartbreak stickers. Each sticker had a very simple message.


‘Break the habit or break my heart.’


It was designed to be placed on the pack as the antithesis of the gory images that smokers had become accustomed too.


To jolt them out of their complacency.


We partnered with local primary schools, and distributed the stickers to the children.


They were asked to write their names on them, and stick them onto the cigarette packs of any parent who smoked. Personally asking them to break the habit.


Close to 100% of the parents who were confronted with the stickers pledged to break the bad habit and keep their children’s hearts intact.
